Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform both of fire monitoring and crime prevention monitoring utilizing an alarm function of a fire alarm device.SOLUTION: House alarms 10-1 to 10-4 disposed in rooms of a house 18 detect a fire, output a fire alarm, and transmit a fire linkage signal to the other house alarms to make the fire alarm indicating a linking destination be outputted. Inside and outside the rooms to be a communicable area with the house alarms 10-1 to 10-4, crime prevention detectors such as opening/closing detectors 12-1 and 12-2 and human sensors 14-1 and 14-2 for detecting intrusion abnormality accompanying intrusion of an intruder are disposed, and a crime prevention alarm is outputted when intrusion detection signals from the crime prevention detectors are received in the house alarms 10-1 to 10-4. An alarm mode of crime prevention monitoring is set and canceled for the house alarms 10-1 to 10-4 by the operation of a remote controller 16 or the operation of one of the house alarms 10-1 to 10-4.
