Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm display lamp which is capable of reliably protecting a light-emitting element from static electricity while maintaining flexibility.SOLUTION: An alarm display lamp comprises: a sheath member 1 having a hollow tube shape; and a flexible circuit board 10 on which a light-emitting element 15 is mounted. In the hollow part of the sheath member, the flexible circuit board is accommodated and a gas is filled, with an internal wall 7 of the sheath member being separated from a surface 11 on the side, on which the light-emitting element is mounted, of the flexible circuit board and the light-emitting element, while both end parts of the tube shape of the sheath member are tightly sealed and at least a part 2 of the sheath member facing a light-emitting surface 16 of the light-emitting element is transparent.
