PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system, apparatuses, and a display unit capable of swiftly displaying operation information of plural apparatuses avoiding capacity of storage of the display unit gets short due to the operation information.SOLUTION: Each apparatus 1 has a first storage 11 previously storing a piece of own operation information. Receiving a request signal from a display unit 2, a first communication section 12 transmits the operation information in the first storage 11 as a response to the request signal to the display unit 2 as the transmission source of the request signal. The display unit 2 includes: a second communication section 21 that receives the operation information transmitted from the first communication section 12; a second storage 22 for storing the operation information; and a display unit 23 for displaying the operation information in the second storage 22. The second storage 22 is a part of the plural apparatuses 1, 1, 1 ... connected to a network 5 to store the operation information of two or more apparatuses 1, 1, 1 ... .
