Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable exchange of information with external devices, other than a dedicated tool, having no encryption key while ensuring security of a vehicle.SOLUTION: When a specific sequence of manipulating control parts of vehicle body-related devices is pre-stored in a memory 12, and when an external device 3 and a communication module 2 are communicably connected, an information exchange between the external device 3 and an ECU 1 is granted provided that a series of manipulation of the control parts of the vehicle body-related devices detected in manipulation detection steps (S8-S9) matches the manipulation sequence stored in the memory 12.
