Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential pressure/pressure transmitter which automatically detects the breakage of pressure sensing diaphragms due to corrosion.SOLUTION: A differential pressure/pressure transmitter includes: a pressure detection part including a first diaphragm 10, a second diaphragm 20, and an insulating liquid enclosure part 30 which is positioned between the first and second diaphragms, which is filled with an insulation liquid, and whose side face has a pair of electrodes 31; and a breakage state detection part for measuring electrical conductivity of the insulating liquid by applying a potential to the electrodes 31, so as to monitor the breakage of the diaphragms.
