Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of cavitation in an encapsulated working liquid and prevent the occurrence of allophone or impact with the breakdown of the cavitation, in a liquid encapsulation type vibration control device.SOLUTION: A liquid composition for a vibration control device has a solidification point or a fluid point being -20°C or less, and includes: a liquid A containing a liquid A1, for example, comprising ethylene glycol; at least one kind of liquid B having a steam pressure lower than the liquid A and a lot of oxygen dissolving amounts, and for example, comprising fluid paraffin; and a particulate additive subjected to surface treatment by, for example, a fluorine compound or a silicone compound, and having a surface with water repellent property and oil repellent property.
