Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a starting load of a motor by keeping an intake port of a compressor body in a closed state in starting a compressor.SOLUTION: A suction path 30 communicated with the intake port 43 of the compressor body 40 is disposed, a capacity control valve 10 is disposed in the suction path 30, and a valve element 12 including a checking function permitting only the passing of a gas from a primary side to a secondary side in valve opening, is disposed in the capacity control valve 10. A normally-closed auxiliary opening/closing valve 20 for opening the suction path 30 when a pressure in a receiver tank 60 is a prescribed normal operation starting pressure or more, is disposed in the suction path 30 at the primary side or the secondary side of the capacity control valve 10.
