Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow advance prediction of the occurrence of defects of an information processing apparatus with simple processing.SOLUTION: An information output device acquires respective messages notifying the device of a state of a monitoring object computer from the monitoring object computer, determines IDs of the acquired individual messages, creates a message generation history chart by drawing the acquired individual messages as diagrams 110 respectively at positions corresponding to output time of the messages from the monitoring object computer along a horizontal axis and at positions different depending on the IDs of the messages along a vertical axis; and displays the created message generation history chart on a display.
