Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper apparatus capable of rotating a rotor in a high load state from immediately after rotation start of the rotor.SOLUTION: In a damper apparatus 7, a check valve 39 attached to a vane 34 attached to a rotor 11 is made of resin and is moved integrally with the rotor 11. The check valve 39 is elastically deformed by fluid pressure of viscous fluid 29 which is received during clockwise CW rotation of the rotor 11, displaces a front end side portion of an axial line L direction and opens a fluid channel 38, and when the rotor 11 is stopped, the check valve 39 is restored to an original shape by its own elastic restoration force and closes the fluid channel 38. Thereby, when the rotor 11 is rotated counterclockwise CCW, load of the fluid is applied to the rotor 11 from start of rotation and the rotor 11 can be rotated in a high load state.
