Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copolymerized polyamide superior in strength and low water absorption, and a copolymerized polyamide composition superior in flowability and surface appearance at molding.SOLUTION: A copolymerized polyamide contains (a) a unit composed of an alicyclic dicarboxylic acid, (b) a unit composed of a dicarboxylic acid other than the (a) alicyclic dicarboxylic acid, and (c) a unit composed of a diamine having 8 or more carbon numbers, wherein a sulfuric acid relative viscosity r at 25°C is equal to or less than 2.1.
