Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a storage device from recording design information useless for improving the accuracy of an approximation model.SOLUTION: A position identification part 802 identifies a position of new data in a parameter space having a parameter as an element, the data obtained by an additional data obtainment part 801. A coarse-dense determination part 809 determines whether the density of the data stored in a base design storage part is high at the position identified by the position identification part 802. In the case of the coarse-dense determination part 809 determining that the density of the data is low at the position identified by the position identification part 802, an additional recording part 810 determines that the new data obtained by the additional data obtainment part 801 is to be recorded in the base design recording part.
