Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend functions of a moving body such as a cleaning robot by installing a function for monitoring temperature abnormality that can lead to fire and also by collaborating with alarm devices that detect fire and issue alarms.SOLUTION: A smart cleaning robot 10 performs cleaning operation by autonomously moving around in rooms of a house 15, and also comprises a radiation temperature measurement unit 24 which measures temperature by catching thermal radiation from an object. When the radiation temperature measurement unit 24 detects high-temperature abnormality which equals or exceeds predetermined threshold temperature, the smart cleaning robot 10 issues an alarm of the high-temperature abnormality, and also notifies a user's portable phone 22 of the high-temperature abnormality by transmitting a high-temperature abnormality detection signal to the portable phone 22 via an external network server 18. Also, the high-temperature abnormality detection signal is transmitted to home alarm devices 28-11 to 28-22 via a relay adapter 26, and the home alarm device 28-11 to 28-22 issue alarms of the high-temperature abnormality.
