PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor sheet made of a polyvinyl chloride resin using cheesecloth, which exhibits good workability even in winter season, and can reduce cost.SOLUTION: (1) In the floor sheet made of a polyvinyl chloride resin, cheesecloth having a thickness of thread of 0.10-0.25 mm and a distance between threads of 1.8-2.5 mm is laminated on a rear surface of a floor sheet body, and the Taber stiffness unit in the longitudinal direction of the floor material is 460-560 [gf cm] at 5°C. (2) In the floor sheet made of a polyvinyl chloride resin, cheesecloth having a thickness of thread of 0.10-0.25 mm and a distance between threads of 1.8-2.5 mm is laminated on a rear surface of a floor sheet body having, as the lowermost layer, an under layer sheet composed of a material, obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. of a polyvinyl chloride resin with 50-70 pts.wt. of a plasticizer, and the Taber stiffness unit in the longitudinal direction of the floor material is 460-560 [gf cm] at 5°C.
