Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bond magnet with a high heat resistance.SOLUTION: A solid epoxy resin, a phenol-based hardener, an imidazole-based hardening accelerator, and a solvent are mixed. A predetermined resin quantity of the mixed resin solution and Nd-Fe-B-based rare earth magnet powder is measured, and wet-blended by a kneader. The solvent component is dried for 60 minutes at 80°C, and roughly ground by a grinder, and then, ground by the grinder, and filtered and sized by a classifier. Finally, a lubricant is mixed by a blender to obtain a resin composition for a bond magnet. |
