Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound useful as an effective ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition, particularly an antihistamine drug or the like, which is an aminopropylidene derivative having excellent histamine receptor antagonistic action.SOLUTION: There is provided an aminopropylidene derivative having potent histamine receptor antagonistic activity. Further the compound has preferable characteristics from a standpoint of ameliorating central nervous system side-effects such as sleepiness, since it exhibits low migration behavior into a brain in an intracerebral receptor binding test by administering orally to a mouse. Accordingly, the aminopropylidene derivative is very useful as an effective ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition, such as a new antihistamine drug, which hardly causes the central nervous system side-effects such as sleepiness.
