Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device for a vehicle which does not spoil comfortability of an occupant, even when idling is stopped in a heating operation state, or even when a temperature of a heater core is a lower limit value or less of a temperature at which a heated air can be supplied.SOLUTION: A heating device for a vehicle includes a control means (a control circuit 15) which performs control to make a power source of a seat heater 100 turn on and to decrease fan speed of a blower 6, when cooling water temperature of a heater core 9 is a temperature or less at which preset heated air can be supplied as heated air in a cabin, at an idle reduction control time.
