Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interposition member and the like, which are excellent in sealability, which position members to be sandwiched, and which can maintain a stable and proper attitude.SOLUTION: An interposition member, which is interposed between a header of a shape and another member joined to the shape, includes a soft part and a hard part, which are different from each other in hardness. The header abuts on the soft part. The hard part comprises a fitting protrusion which is fitted to at least either the header or another member.
