PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organization search device and program for searching service providers capable of responding to demand in consideration of the situations as well as the ability.SOLUTION: The organization search device receives data of demands as an input as well as information on the location and time of the demands. The organization search device also obtains information on weights, an optimum condition value and a standard condition value on each item of the capacity and situation necessary for handling the demands. The organization search device obtains the evaluation values on each item of the capacity and situation necessary for handling the demand with respect to each of all the targets and calculates points on each item based on the relation among the evaluation value, the optimum condition value and the standard condition value. After adding the weight to the points of each item, the points are summed to apprehend the adaptability of the targets. The targets are rearranged in the order of larger adaptability obtaining contact addresses to generate a list of contact addresses and transmitted thereof. With this, the targets capable of responding to a demand can be extracted from the possible targets upon an occurrence of a demand based on the capability of the targets including the situation (capability of handling, necessary time necessary for arrival)as well as the ability.
