PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform a drive support between opponent vehicles selected from an unspecified number of vehicles and an own vehicle.SOLUTION: The vehicle drive support device is configured to: store travelling information on an own vehicle (own vehicle travelling information) and calibration information obtained by calibrating the own vehicle travelling information by a detection device; perform an inter-vehicle communication of these pieces of information; for performing a drive support, select a support form of the drive support with consideration of the obtained calibration information relating to the own vehicle and the opponent vehicle; and perform the drive support in the selected drive form. Thus, even when the drive support is performed between the opponent vehicle selected from among the unspecified number of vehicles and the own vehicle, accuracy of the travelling information to be obtained from the own vehicle and the opponent vehicle can be determined on the basis of the calibration information, and thereby it becomes possible to appropriately perform the drive support.
