Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device which can further improve the energy saving performance by further suppressing the frequency of the start and stop of a compressor.SOLUTION: A control device 41 controls the upper limit of the rotating speed of a compressor 12 based on air conditioner load upper limit rotating speed, during the time of heating operation, falling of the high pressure equivalent temperature detected by a high side pressure sensor 43 below a predetermined termination time high side temperature is taken as a termination condition and the upper limit control is terminated, then the rotating speed of the compressor 12 is controlled based on a demand rotating speed based on the high pressure equivalent temperature. The air conditioner load upper limit rotating speed is obtained, by calculating an air conditioner load temperature difference based on the temperature difference between a suction temperature and a set temperature in an indoor machine 30, by calculating the amount of control effect by subtracting the air conditioner load temperature difference at the last time from the air conditioner load temperature difference at the present, and by calculating a control amount to be corrected to the last air conditioner load upper limit rotating speed based on the amount of control effect and the air conditioner load temperature difference. The control amount is corrected based on the high pressure equivalent temperature such that the upper limit control of the rotating speed of the compressor 12 is hard to be terminated.
