Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve responsiveness of a backflow prevention structure for a compressor which is configured using a free valve.SOLUTION: In a free valve 302 which is displaced by a differential pressure between a coolant pressure P1 at a compression chamber side and a coolant pressure P2 at an intermediate inflow port side, a valve side passage 302d is formed in which a coolant is circulated when a coolant passage from an intermediate inflow port to a compression chamber is opened by the free valve 302. Further, a passage sectional area S1 of the valve-side passage 302d is formed smaller than a passage sectional area S2 of a compression chamber side passage 400 connecting a check valve chamber 301 in which the free valve 302 is accommodated and the compression chamber. Thus, the differential pressure between the coolant pressure P1 at the compression chamber side and the coolant pressure P2 at the intermediate inflow port side is unlikely to be reduced, and responsiveness of a backflow prevention structure 300 constituted using the free valve 302 can be improved.
