Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual operation detection circuit capable of detecting individual operation in an easy way.SOLUTION: The individual operation detection circuit includes a target value change instruction unit 61 which instructs to vary the reactive power at an interconnection point of a system interconnection inverter system A, and an individual operation determination unit 62 for determining whether or not the system interconnection inverter system A is in the individual operation state, on the basis of a reactive power value Q detected at the interconnection point. For example, the individual operation determination unit 62 determines that the reactive power value Q has not changed if the variation Q of reactive power value Q is smaller than a predetermined value, and determines that the system interconnection inverter system A is in the individual operation state when determination is made that the reactive power value Q has not changed repeatedly a predetermined number of times.
