Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency and/or reduce facility costs by enabling a concrete form used in a filler supplying work to be reused for supplying secondary lining concrete.SOLUTION: A concrete form 4 and a waterproof sheet 5 are disposed covering a portion from both sides of the width direction Y of a bottom part 1a of a tunnel 1 to a ceiling part 1b along the underside of a primary lining concrete 2 sprayed on the underside of the tunnel 1 in the state that the waterproof sheet 5 is wound around the arch-like concrete form 4 in which a plurality of division frames 7, 8, 9, 10 mutually arranged in the peripheral direction of the tunnel 1 are rotatably connected to each other, and a filler 14 is supplied to a filling chamber 6 provided between the underside of a primary lining concrete 2 and the top face of the waterproof sheet 5. Thereafter, in order to reuse the concrete form 4, the concrete form 4 in which the division frames 7, 8, 9 are rotated to change intervals between division frames 7, 8, 9 of both sides in the width direction Y is disposed along the underside of the waterproof sheet 5 from both sides in the width direction Y of the bottom part 1a of the tunnel 1 to the ceiling part 1b, and secondary lining concrete is supplied to a placing chamber 15 provided between the underside of the waterproof sheet 5 and the top face of the concrete form 4. The concrete form 4 is thus reused, thereby improving work efficiency and reducing facility costs.
