Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller for conveying a paper sheet, which prevents outward protrusion of a sidewall part and deformation of a rubber roller in a direction along a rotating shaft by enhancing rigidity of the sidewall part, and which can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: A roller for conveying a paper sheet includes a support 10, and first and second annular members 30 and 50. The support 10 has a pair of annular support parts 13 which are coaxial with respect to an axis and which are provided at a regular interval in an axial direction. The first annular member 30 is integrally molded of an elastic material, and provided on the outside of the support 10. The second annular member 50 is integrally molded of an elastic material, and provided on the outside of the first annular member 30. An inner peripheral edge 34 of an annular sidewall part 33 of the first annular member 30 is fitted to the annular support part 13. An inner peripheral edge of an annular sidewall part 53 of the second annular member 50 is fixed to the first annular member 30.
