Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer device capable of preventing a retention time of data with low priority from becoming longer.SOLUTION: A data transfer device comprises: a plurality of buffer units that are provided corresponding to predetermined priority, store input data, and measure a storage time of the data; an arbitration circuit that determines an output order of the data stored in the plurality of buffer units in accordance with the priority; and a control unit that, when any storage time among the storage times respectively measured by the plurality of buffer units has reached a first threshold, sets an output order of data with the storage time having reached the first threshold to the earliest order in the output order determined by the arbitration circuit.
