Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly cause mud in the interior to be collected and to smoothly discharge the mud in the interior.SOLUTION: A weeding rotor 1 is provided with a plurality of resistant plates 3 formed to have a substantially circular-arc outer shape which are disposed at spaces around a horizontal shaft in a virtual cylindrical cage shape, and rotatably journaled by the horizontal shaft. The longitudinally central parts of the resistant plates 3 are bent to be substantially V-shaped in the circumferential direction of the virtual cylinder. The outer peripheral edge parts of the resistant plates 3 are provided with one or two or more projecting parts 4 formed at spaces in the width direction of the virtual cylinder, and the disposition positions of the projecting parts 4 are shifted from each other in the width direction of the virtual cylinder between the adjacent resistant plates 3.
