Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for creating a solidified pile, which is not a hindrance to penetration of a rotating shaft, even when a load current for excavating ground exceeds a ful-load current, without use of a large-scale construction device, and a method for creating the solidified pile.SOLUTION: An apparatus for creating a solidified pile includes: a first mixing ejector 5 which accompanies a diminishing agent or a solidification agent, introduced from a combined supply pipe 4 arranged in a hollow part of the rotating shaft, with compressed air supplied from compressed air supply piping 3; and control means for discharging the diminishing agent when a load current of rotary drive means exceeds a predetermined upper limit and stopping the discharge of the diminishing agent when the load current falls below a predetermined lower limit.
