Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell frame having a simple structure with excellent load resistance and workability, and a solar cell array.SOLUTION: A transverse rail 10 is arranged relative to a column body 5 such that the neutral axis of the rail 10 in the longer direction passes directly above the top face 54 of the cross section orthogonal to the longer direction of the column body 5 in a plan perspective view in the direction of the installation surface of a solar cell array. The top face 14 of the transverse rail 10 is inclined to the installation surface at a predetermined angle. The underside 11 of the transverse rail 10 is in contact with the top face 54 of a longitudinal rail 5.
