Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector with a sheet, capable of reliably suppressing noise while having a simple structure, by affixing a sheet including a layer structure, which is formed by laminating a magnetic layer and a dielectric layer, to a housing, capable of suppressing effects on signal integrity, and achieving low cost, high durability and high reliability.SOLUTION: A connector with a sheet includes: a housing 11 mated with an opposite connector; a terminal 61 secured to the housing 11 and brought into contact with the opposite terminal of the opposite connector; and a sheet 41 affixed to the housing 11. The sheet 41 includes a layer structure formed by laminating a magnetic layer and a dielectric layer.
