Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card holder having a simple structure configured with a smaller number of components than that of a conventional card holder.SOLUTION: A card holder 1 is integrally formed in a shape of a flat cylinder through bending a resin thin plate. The card holder 1 has: through holes 7 that serve as an insertion slot or a drawing-out slot of an indicator label 5, on right and left ends thereof; and a notched piece 8 in vicinity of a side edge on a surface of the card holder 1. With the notched piece 8 folded so as to reach a back portion 14 being a backmost face of the card holder, an end portion of the indicator label 5 is made to have contact with a base end portion 8a of the notched piece 8 to hold the display label 5.
