Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable firm adhesion of a leaf spring to a housing or a holder, to stabilize a spring constant of the leaf spring and to stably move the holder holding a lens unit with regard to the housing.SOLUTION: A camera module driving mechanism 1 includes: a housing 2A; a holder 9 movably arranged inside the housing 2A and configured to house a lens unit 26A; a coil 8 arranged at the holder 9; a yoke 6 and a magnet piece 7 arranged at the housing 2A; and an upper leaf spring 5 and a lower leaf spring 11 interposed between the housing 2A and the holder 9. Each of the upper leaf spring 5 and the lower leaf spring 11 includes: an outer frame 5a, 11a; an inner frame 5b, 11b; and a spring part 5c, 11c. Each of the outer frame 5a, 11a and the inner frame 5b, 11b includes an adhesive part 30A, 30B. The adhesive part 30A, 30B has an opening 31A, 31B and a concavity 32A, 32B.
