The rainwater tank 1 has a discharge opening part 23 which is provided at the lower end of the rainwater tank 1 and which discharges internal water. The fixture 5 has an installation surface-fixed part 51 for being fixed to the installation surface, and a tank fixing part 6 for fixing the discharge opening part 23.
