Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a remote control device which, while the operator is communicating with a user by telephone smoothly, can remote control multi-language network compatible equipment smoothly.SOLUTION: In a remote support server 100 which remote controls a television 300, a session establishment processing unit 111 acquires set language information from the television 300 and further acquires each set item in a language corresponding to language information settings appearing on the user operation screen of the television 300. The processing section 111 transmits operation screen data needed for a support-use operation screen for remote controlling the television 300 on which each set item are described in the language to be displayed in designated mode on a display unit 240 to an operator terminal 200.
