Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an adhesive composition in which charge prevention and peeling electrification pressure of an adherend not subjected to charge prevention when being released can be controlled, tenacity is small at high-speed peeling, adhesion at low speed release is high at a level such that a problem of float and peel off is not caused, and transparency is excellent; an adhesive sheet with antistatic properties using the same; and a surface protecting film.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition includes: 100 pts.mass of a polymer (A) having a glass transition temperature of less than 0°C; 0.05-3 pts.mass of a (meth)acrylic polymer (B) which has a weight average molecular weight of 1,000 or more but less than 30,000, and which includes, as the monomer units thereof, a (meth)acrylic monomer having an alicyclic structure represented by following general formula (1); 0.005-1 pt.mass of an ionic compound (C); and 0.01-2.5 pts.mass of a compound (D) having a polyoxyalkylene chain. General formula (1): CH=C(R)COOR. In the general formula, Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; and Rrepresents an alicyclic hydrocarbon group having an alicyclic structure.
