Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that decomposition treatment using a separate treatment apparatus is required after the removal of ammonia from wastewater, in conventional stripping treatment or adsorption treatment.SOLUTION: A flat membrane is immersed into a treatment tank, a deposition layer comprising zeolite is generated on a flat membrane surface, and ammonia is adsorbed to the zeolite deposition layer by sucking the inside of the flat membrane. Furthermore, gas diffusion is performed from below the flat membrane, the zeolite deposition layer is refreshed by a flow by bubbles, and the adsorption treatment can be performed for a long period of time. By further performing ozone diffusion, the ammonia adsorbed to the zeolite is decomposed by oxidization. Accordingly, an ammonia removing apparatus treating the ammonia by the single treatment tank is provided.
