Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in a portable device having an image stabilization function.SOLUTION: In a portable device having an image stabilization mode, an operation section 10 including an image stabilization start function for starting the image stabilization mode and an image stabilization stop function for stopping the image stabilization mode is connected to a control section 5. Thus, an operation section 9 in a display section 2 can be stopped by operating the operation section 10 when the other operation section 9 displayed on the display section 2 is operated, for example. Consequently, an operation of the operation section 9 can extremely easily be performed and operability becomes high.
