Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-insulating superposed structure having superior sunlight shieldability and superior radio transmission capability, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a heat-insulating superposed structure having a lamination structure section consisting of laminated metal oxide layer and metal layer containing an organic component in at least one quarter of a transparent polymer film 12. Two transparent substrates 14 are glued between which the transparent polymer film 12 having a 30 or less micrometer-wide groove in the lamination structure section is provided. The metal layer is segmented into 5 or more pieces per 322 micrometers around.
