Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated control device of an internal combustion engine, configured to achieve target torque, target efficiency and a target air-fuel ratio of an engine by integrally controlling suction air volume, ignition timing and a fuel injection quantity of the engine.SOLUTION: An integrated control device includes a base ignition timing lookup table 621 for determining relationship between efficiency of an engine and ignition timing after completing warm-up of the engine and when the target air-fuel ratio is the stoichiometric air-fuel ratio, for each rotating speed and suction air volume of the engine. The integrated control device determines "the ignition timing for achieving target efficiency under an actual engine rotating speed and the actual suction air volume after completing the warm-up of the engine and when the target air-fuel ratio of the engine is the stoichiometric air-fuel ratio" as base ignition timing, by applying the target efficiency, the actual engine rotating speed and the actual suction air volume to the table. The integrated control device controls an actuator for changing the actual ignition timing of the engine based on the determined base ignition timing.
