PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous ink set for inkjet recording which even in printing on a plastic film, avoids image distortion such as blurring and blurring between colors and exhibits excellent friction resistance immediately after printing.SOLUTION: An aqueous ink set for inkjet recording uses at least two inks, wherein the first ink includes a color material, a resin having a hydroxy group and/or a carboxyl group, and a water-soluble solvent and/or water, and the second ink includes a polyvalent metal salt of an organic acid having a lactone structure, whose pKais ≤5, and a water-soluble solvent and/or water.
