Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter using a biomolecular ink which retains biomolecules without being rubbed off, shaved, or scraped during a manufacturing or delivering process or during handling by an end user and to provide a method of manufacturing the printed matter.SOLUTION: A printed matter using a biomolecular ink includes a filler layer 13, a biomolecular print layer 15, and a protective layer 17 on one surface of a substrate 11 in this order. An ultraviolet curable ink is used for the filler layer 13 and protective layer 17, and an ultraviolet curable ink containing biomolecules is used for the biomolecular print layer 15. The filler layer 13, protective layer 17, and biomolecular print layer 15 are cured by ultraviolet light after being printed using a printing method. The filler layer 13 is printed larger than a design pattern of the biomolecular print layer 15, and the protective layer 17 is printed larger than the design pattern of the biomolecular print layer 15 so as to cover the biomolecular print layer 15. |
