The first connection part 7 connects the arm part 3 to the center part on a back side of an acoustic emission side of the sound emission part 4 freely rotatably around a first shaft center P1 along the width direction of the arm part 3. The first maintenance mechanisms 48 maintains relative positions of the sound emission part 4 around the first shaft center P1 and the arm part 3.
