Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage cell whose abnormality can be easily detected during use.SOLUTION: A power storage container houses a power storage structure including a nonaqueous electrolyte, a positive electrode, and a negative electrode. A positive electrode terminal connected to the positive electrode is led out of the power storage container. A negative electrode terminal connected to the negative electrode is led out of the power storage container. In the power storage cell, a reference electrode is arranged which is electrically connected to neither the positive electrode nor the negative electrode. A reference terminal is connected to the reference electrode and led out of the power storage container.
