Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately generate an FF (feedforward) operation amount based on a target value with low man-hours, without the need of modeling a control object and without depending on the degree of change of the target value, in a control system for controlling the control object by feedforward control.SOLUTION: At every prescribed arithmetic timing, a target value smoothing processing unit 61 acquires a target value r(i) at the arithmetic timing, performs smoothing processing for the acquired target value r(i), and thus calculates a smoothed target value rfilt(i) for which the target value r(i) is smoothed. The smoothed target value rfilt(i) is subjected to a differential operation by a target value differential operation unit 71. Then, an FF operation amount calculation processing unit 72 appropriately adds the differential operation value and the smoothed target value rfilt(i) to calculate an FF operation amount u(i). |
