Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive agent composition for optical film, capable of forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive agent layer satisfying the reworkability capable of easily peeling an optical film from a liquid crystal panel and the like without any adhesive residue, and the durability not generating exfoliation and lifting in the state of an optical film being laminated.SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive agent composition for an optical film contains a (meth)acrylic polymer (A) and a polyether compound (B) which has a polyehter skeleton and at least one terminal of which has a reactive silyl group represented by formula (1):-SiRMwherein R is a 1-20C monovalent organic group which may have a substituent; M is a hydroxyl group or a hydrolyzable group; and a is an integer of 0 to 2; in the case where a plurality of R are present, the plurality of R may be identical or different mutually, and in the case where a plurality of M are present, the plurality of M may be identical or different mutually.
