Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of efficiently manufacturing a roller molding die having a satisfactory coaxial degree without unevenness or undulation on an inner circumferential surface thereof.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a roller molding die having a cylindrical shape includes: a member preparation step of preparing a plurality of tubular parts having equal inner radii; a connecting step of forming the cylindrical member by connecting the plurality of tubular members; a plating step of forming a plating layer on an inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical member; and a horning process step of preparing the roller molding die by grinding the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical member having the plating layer formed by moving a horning tool having an grinding part from one end to the other end of the cylindrical member.
