Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve noise resistance by using an inexpensive structure and thereby obtain a C/U structure which excels in reliability.SOLUTION: A C/U (electronic control device) includes a resin cover 1 and a metal base 2 and has a multilayer circuit board 8, on both sides of which electronic components are mounted, disposed therein so as to be covered with the resin cover and the metal base, the multilayer circuit board 8 consisting of a signal pattern 4, a GND pattern 5, an important signal pattern 6 and a multilayer circuit board insulation layer 7, in which the GND pattern 5 is electrically connected via a screw 3 to the metal base 2. In the C/U proposed herein, the GND pattern 5 is disposed on the resin cover 1 side so as to shield the important signal pattern 6 from electromagnetic waves penetrating past from the resin cover 1 side into the inside of an enclosure and electromagnetic waves irradiated from the metal base 2 side, and the important signal pattern 6 is disposed so as to be covered with the GND pattern 5 and the metal case 2.
