Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job control device, a job control method, and a program capable of selectively stopping execution of a job related to one user.SOLUTION: A job control device 20 for controlling execution of stored jobs includes: job execution means for reading a job from job storage means 38 which stores jobs supplied from one user in an occupancy state, and executing it; and control means 25 and 35 for making the job execution means 37 execute the job supplied from the one user until the occupancy state is canceled, and when the occupancy state is canceled, making the job execution means 37 stop the execution of the job supplied from the one user and start the execution of a job supplied from another user.
