Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present an own accurate location and an azimuth to a user even in an environment where positioning using a positioning system is impossible.SOLUTION: A location azimuth information providing device transmits location azimuth information. The location azimuth information includes location information indicating a specific location where the location azimuth information providing device is installed, and azimuth information indicating a predetermined specific azimuth corresponding to the specific location. A navigation device measures a current location and a travelling azimuth by using a positioning system or autonomous navigation, and displays a navigation screen indicating its own location and travelling azimuth on the basis of positioning information. At that time, the navigation device corrects the location and the travelling azimuth in the positioning information by location information and azimuth information included in received location azimuth information, and displays the navigation screen on the basis of the positioning information after correction, when the location azimuth information is received.
