Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access device, a system, and a program without the necessity of user management on a server device.SOLUTION: The access device according to an embodiment comprises a first acquisition part, a second acquisition part, and an access part. The first acquisition part acquires first approval that is user approval. The second acquisition part communicates with a server device through an external network and acquires second approval that is other than the user approval. The access part accesses a function of an access object device through a local network by using the first approval and the second approval.
