Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for displaying again information which is previously displayed at arbitrary timing of a user on a display section.SOLUTION: An information providing device includes: a control panel including a first display area for displaying a main content and a second display area for displaying a subcontent; a storing section for storing a high resolution content file on which the main content is based and a low resolution content file which corresponds to the main content and on which the subcontent is based; and a control section for reading the high resolution content file, reproducing the high resolution content on the first display area, reading the low resolution content file stored in the storing section, reproducing the subcontent on the second display area, reading the low resolution content file corresponding to the high resolution content file on which the high resolution content is based, after the high resolution content is reproduced on the first display area, and reproducing the subcontent on the second display area.
